About:
I’m happy that you’re here! You’re taking a huge step toward bettering yourself and those around
you and I am honored to be a part of that journey. Whatever you are going through, I am here to help whether that’s supporting you during a challenging time, providing resources that will help you cope, creating a space where you are heard, or connecting you with a professional that is a better fit. My door is open. I am a Bowling Green State University and Wright State University alumnus where I received my bachelor’s in Psychology and master’s in Counseling, respectively. I have experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, depression, lack of purpose,
behavioral and substance addictions, major life changes, who were in crisis, and with histories of trauma. My mission is to help those who are seeking help and to walk with you through this journey we call life. I believe that health is not merely the absence of illness but is also the
abundance of wellness and through working together I hope that we can work toward that. I approach counseling from a holistic wellness and client-centered perspective, and I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help realize your goals in therapy.
